The Centerburg floor runs on the stock sheet — lines inventoried, samples out, prices marked. Retail that isn't inventoried isn't stocked; it's just a shelf with a label.
Service runs under the same rule — measures taken, installs scheduled, deliveries logged. The room and the record keep the same count.
